I'm currently making a game in 1920x1080, will the update to fix this screen size be done soon?

    Thanks,

We will have to see, but it should be fixed for the next build. I'm waiting for 248.11 to test it out, fingers crossed!

Extremely happy with CT, to my understanding this was rather complex problem but they still took time to fix it.

Resize Display To Fit Screen - Maintain aspect ratio?

Very impressive and needed fix! I just pray it doesn't change any of my older programs resizing schemes...

    Hi
Im currently in the same boat where i would want to be able to resize the Window ( or even go fullscreen ), but still keep the aspect ratio of my game ( my frames are standard 640x480 ).
I read through the entire thread, but am unclear if or what kind of solution has been reached regarding this.

Reading of the 'Bug/Issue Report #xxxx' it seems a fix has been implemeted in b284.11 or b285, am i correct?

Is there now a fix within CF that lets me keep my Applications aspect ration but still fill the current window size?
If not, whats the best workaround for this? Vertex shader? Ultimate Fullscreen Object?

I have the Steam Version of CF and am running version 284.10, and thus im guessing i dont have access to beta builds or anything
My "check for uppdates button is grayed out".
Whats the latest CF build ( stable, not beta )?

The build 285 contains a "Fit inside (black bars)" option. If you select it with the "Resize Display to fit window size" option, the ratio of your application will be preserved.

Oh i see, the beta ( 285 ) in not on Steam it appears.
Im guessing Steam gets the betas later than the Non-Steam version.

Any idea ( ballpark ) when it will be out on Steam?
This may be the wrong place to ask, but how do i know 'what' beta version i will be participating in when i enter the Beta code in Steam?
( I am actually unable to loggin to Steam Web OR contact Steam Support, maybe servers down or something )
