    Question API integration in Html5 apps?

    Is it possible to do manual Api integration in Fusion made Html5 apps or do we need a custom built extension like for the other runtimes? Since there are so many files that go with the folder maybe it is possible to customize any of them manually to do this? (I am looking for a way to integrate a highscore api for a customer)

    Or use Scoreoid service like pointed out on this tutorial
    http://community.clickteam.com/threads/81036-Easy-cross-platform-high-scores-cloud-data-storage-push-notifications-with-Scoreoid

    As you can see if it's a Web API then most likely Fusion could do it only with GET Object and String Parsers. If I recall HTML5 object also is able to call Javascript function, so you probably you could use that.
    I would like to hear from someone who's more experienced on it tho

    Sorry but that is not what I am asking for. I have highscores already in my game, but many sponsors want to have their own api inside the game (to bind to their own score api) and so on.

    Hi Outcast and all clickers! Yes it is possible, but you have very good know Java Script! You can using two methods!
    First method contains is: You can include some Java Script into your html file and call this using HTML5 Object.
    Second method contains is: You can using Javascript Object into your project.
    Remember all this methods needs for your good knowing Java Script and Clickteam Fusion 2.5 language!

    The HTML5 Object Javascript commands would be the best approach : you can do almost anything directly. Just make the primitives that he HTML5 object call in the html code of the page, thats all, and then you're free (uncheck "Save html file" in HTML5 properties).

    Ok thanks! It sounds rather complex for someone who have 0 experience with "real" coding. Is there any tutorial out there or anything like this on how to use it?

    Hi Outcast and all clickers! You can write "Java Script lessons" in google search bar anytime, read this and learn! Don't worry, if you can programming in Clickteam Fusion 2.5, then you can write on any programming language, but Java Script is simple! This is not have structures, special determinate for variable, such as: integer, float, string, char, Boolean and etc. Not have special require for starting your code and not have require compile for debugging!

    Hi Outcast and all clickers! You can include Java Script API files in your html page and call your wanted functions from your game using HTML5 Object! Try this method:
    Code:
    Start of Frame
     (HTML5) : Reset Parameters
     (HTML5) : Call Function "keyGamesAPI_SoundControl"
     (Special Conditions) : Set sound_on_off to JSStrResult$(( "HTML5" ))
    Sound_on_off = "on"
     Sound : Resume all sounds
    Sound_on_off = "off"
     Sound : Stop any sample
    See this picture: SampleCodeImage.jpg.
    Remember you need include Java Script API js files into your html page for your game.
