    Physics, Get force to stop over time?

    I am experimenting. I have an event that is "When right key is pressed set force to 65" But it keeps going and doesnt ever slow down... How do I make it slow down over time like a car? I want it to slow to a stop so the player has options to stop and not just go full force. Thanks

    You could apply a force in the opposite direction to the current direction of travel, which should slow the object down.

    I tried doing "When A Key Is pressed "Right Key"" Then I negate it and apply the force but it slows down the car overall and I cant get it to stop

    You should apply the force when the player is pressing the button, and then stopping the force whether the player isn't pressing the button, I think there's an option like that.
