Array or INI for IAP data

I'm almost ready to release a new Android game and i decided to include In-app-purchases.
What is the best / safest / fastest way of storing IAP data like items purchased?

I can use an array or an INI stored in the binary data.
    Thanks!

I read a lot of times here that array its much more hard to hack or access than ini.....

INI you can open with notepad...

you have a feature in inapp that allow you to save private data

Save data... ----- Save Data String

you define a variable and its value

after you may read using expression

Load Data... ----- Load Data string
