Animation Help

I have an issue with my animations that causes them to shoot in the air and go through the sequence. The sequence looks great, just shot in the air. Any ideas? Also, does anyone know of any good tutorials on animations?

Try changing the hot spot and action point settings, i had same problem before and worked for me.

you'll need to make sure the spots are the same for each animation. I forget to do this quite a bit lol.

And what do you mean by keep them all in the same spot. In reference to what?
