Here is a game similar to pac-man done in 12 events, using only bouncing balls plus an 8 direction movement.
It's very easy to make, the events are not commented because they are just too obvious.
I know Ryan posted a better pac-man example, he's example is more accurate.

This example is to make something similar to pacman, works great on mobile devices.
