    How To Create A HUD

Hello. I'm still relatively new to Clickteam Fusion 2.5 so I'm still learning a few things. One thing I'm trying to figure out is how to make a HUD. I'm making a 2D platformer and I would like to make a HUD that can constantly display the player's hit points and total lives. What would be the best way to go about doing this?

Hi there stepmack35, here is an example

You basically just add the lives from the objects menu.
    it works automatically.

Uncheck the "follow frame" property for an object, and it will stay on screen without scrolling off.

I usually have a separate layer with scrolling coefficients set to 0.0 and put all hud elements there, that way I don't have to worry about ordering and can easily show or hide the entire hud using the layer object.

    here are more example

Look at the top layer on this example like solarB said
    coefficients set to 0.0

just click on the layer and see the properties how they are set to 1.0000 at first
if you don't want them to scroll.. just set the layer to 0

    here is another example:
