Circular Movement - record last ending angle?

    Hi,

So I have 2 balls. The first ball orbits the second one using circular movement and some tweaks with the Clickteam Movement Controller. When the player clicks, the rotation switches and the second ball starts orbiting the first ball while the first one comes to a stop. The problem is, since circular movement always has a 'starting angle', the ball will always start orbiting the second ball from the starting angle rather than it's original position, creating this instant teleportation, which looks rather odd. So how do I record it's original angle when the ball doesn't rotate in the first place? How do I go about creating this technically complex yet visually simple movement? Am I doing it the right way or is there a simpler way?

    Thanks a lot.

    Samer.

What if I import the 2 balls already stuck together and then, on runtime, rotate the whole object with the hotspot being in the middle of one of the balls. That would work, however, how would I switch about the rotation if there isn't a way to change the hotspot on runtime? Placing it on a second frame with the hotspot being in the middle of the other ball and then switching up the frames on mouse click seems to be creating problems. Any ideas?

    Thanks.

    Samer.

No worries, I fixed it. Was able to use the Clickteam Movement Controller to retrieve one of the balls' current angle and apply it to the other ball.
