    Accessing AD with Fusion

    Hi All,

I have used Fusion 2.5 dev to make some little tools for work and have also been asked to allow my tool to access our AD servers so that we can change student passwords and re enable them etc.

Is this at all possible before I spend time looking into this?

    Thanks

edit: i have downloaded COM+ object which i understand might help.

edit2: havent managed to get com+ to show in fusion 2.5

What are you 'actually' trying to do?

You can allow permissions on an AD network and map the network drives... (assuming you're talking about ActiveDirectory here?)

I don't know of an object that implements Active Directory directly in Fusion - as an initial guess, I think you might have the most luck by using a command-line Active Directory tool and using the Console object to invoke it behind the scenes, using the application as a frontend to it.

I basically just want a little app that will change user passwords. ie it searches on AD , find the user and will allow to change the user password and do other bits.
