    How to customise non-physical platforming mechanics?

    Does Clickteam Fusion allow me to greatly alter the way the non-physical platforming control system works? I'd like to be able to fiddle with the inertia when controlling the player object while in the air, instead of simply having air control as a tick box boolean, among other things.

    Is there a way to edit the platforming parameters outside the preferences window or to build my own platforming system using a series of events?

    Hi, thanks for the warm welcome.

    I have tried searching the forum for tutorials on how to create a custom platform movement set but I haven't been able to find one. There are many platform examples that use both the standard platform movement set and the Physics Movement set but none I can see on how to make a set from scratch. Can you recommend a tutorial?

    EDIT: I searched Google instead of the forums and found a YouTube video tutorial posted by yourself on how to create custom movement sets. Thanks very much!

    I can recommend DavidN's custom platform movement, it is by far the best one that I've encountered and I'm still using a heavily modified version.
