    Active Objects Not Destroying

I am having an issue with destroying objects that probably has a simple solution. I think I've been working on this project for too long and can't see the forest for the trees.

    In a nutshell:
    This is a quiz game.
If the student chooses the wrong answer, a balloon is supposed to pop and 1 is added to the player 2 score.
In subsequent frames, player 2 score is compared to a number and the appropriate number of balloons are to be destroyed.

    The problem:
Toward the end of the questions, the balloons are reappearing.
This is affecting the cohesive look from frame to frame and REALLY bugging me!!!

I'm attaching the file in a zip folder.
Any help/suggestions would be so helpful! Thanks!

I found the issue. I shouldn't have been destroying the balloons upon clicking the "button" objects. Instead, I left the "Start of frame if Score = 1, destroy 1 balloon" accordingly and let the balloons destroy after the fact.
I don't know if this will help anyone, but I just thought I'd let you all know.
