Weird "facing direction" problem when altering a sprite's centre of mass.

I'm still fine tuning the feel of this game and I've found a weird problem with the centre of mass and how it affects the collision detection for the Space Marine 2 asset.

Basically my current Space Marine 2 has a centre of mass that is near on of their knees, but if I adjust the centre of mass so that it's near the foot the collision detection will only properly work when the sprite is stopped and facing right. Otherwise, the animation clips through the terrain block and begins "wading through" it again.

    Any ideas?

Yes, it was a problem with not adjusting the hotspot on each frame of animation. Thanks again Snail!
