Are sub applications loaded into memory before they are visible?

Just trying to optimise my code, are sub-application objects/events loaded into memory before the window is visible? Is there any way to freeze a sub application and load it into memory only when a user elects to use it?

I mean you could put all the events in a group and disable them until the user opens the window, but that won't stop the graphics/extensions being loaded.

They shouldn't be loaded into memory until actually called (I'll double-check with Yves) but that's my understanding as there is no need to load until call.

You could effectively check for the Window being active and enabling a 'group' with all your events as the tick would still remain. So with the limited tick, it wouldn't waste resources until active (or you could liaise a flag with a shared Global Value).
