    App keeps running, won't close.

    I have a little problem
Whenever i press the home button to close my app, sometimes it wont end, and would keep running in the background, (music still will play) , and after some time it would crash...
("this app is not responding" message appears) , and then I can't open it again util i force quit it from android app menu...
is there a way to solve this?.
i already tried "on minimize" -> end but is not working...
    any ideas?

please check android properties and see if you have uncheck "end when program not in foreground", that will prevent to end the application.

how do you know for sure is running?

i simple way to see it

make a blank mfa with two screen one blue and second one green (actually the color you want but not the same)

in each frame add a button and in frame one allow this button to jump frame 2 and in frame two make it go back

check that the "end when not in foreground" is checked.

    build and test.

open your apk and press button to be in frame 2 are you there, great at that moment, press home button and send the application to background.

ok, and here is how you need to test.

go to multitask button a press the application icon and see.

1.- it was running it should be at frame?

    2.- what frame is starting?

    let me know your results.

I made a blank mfa and it works ok, the app ends as it should when its minimized, it starts again from frame 1,
but i don't know why it doesn't work with my game... what could possibly be causing this?.

mm no clue, can you post a Log from your device to see if i can catch something. BUT is not possible that this happens unless you have uncheck "End when not foreground"

Hi, I have a similar question.
Can I make application for its keep running events even if it go to background?
Usually, the application will be pause when its moved to background ("End application when not in foreground" option unchecked.)
For example, I want to keep counting the counter object by every condition, even if it in background.

    Plese let me any advice.
    Thanks.

No is not possible, is in pause and everything stop running.

what you can do is using date and time object and android plus object , save in a preference file the value before go pause and retrieve when it start running again so you can track time.
