Question Preventing background music from muting when starting an app?

I have an iPod 4 I am using to litstening to stuff almost all my waking hours. Mainly podcasts, but also music. I have noticed I have almost never had a problem when booting up a game at the same time. The games seems to recognize that I am already playing something else in the background so it mutes the app automatically. Often it even just mutes the music so I can still hear the sfx. It is very nice. But whenever I try to build my own game in Fusion, even a game or app without any sound at all the music I am listening to is always muted when the app starts. Is there some option to remove this behaviour? It is very annoying and I think many users also would like to be able to listen to their own stuff when they use an app or a game.

+1, just discovered this issue as well. Appears to be a very old issue that was never resolved:

Clickteam engineers! I would consider this a bug!! Submitting a bug report now.

Edit: This bug has already been submitted, and I've updated the bug report:

It isn't a bug per say, just a feature. Sadly, it is a feature MMF doesn't support yet. In Xcode, this is something you have to turn on/off manually. You can always add the necessary code yourself in Xcode, but you'd need to google how to do it. Fingers crossed this feature makes it into the next update. I have been waiting for almost 2 years now. ^_^'
