Follow the frame object does not appear as it should when created

Sorry for the poor title choice lol but I have a hard time explaining what my issue is with just a short subject lol. Basically, I have an invisible object that is triggered to be visible by an event and this freezes the enemies for x amount of seconds. It works just fine, but the problem I have is that it has to be set at the center of the window and the "follow the frame" unchecked to be in the correct position, and id like to just recode the event so that it creates this object instead of making it visible again, but instead of actually staying centered in the frame it just creates it at those x and y coordinates, basically just bypassing the "follow the frame" being unchecked. I know this sounds noob as hell lol but ive never had much success doing this. Is there a simple fix I am overlooking?

I would just do it like this, keep in mind this is resolution specific, if you have a resolution of 1920X1080, divide the X and Y in half to get 960 and 540.

Alt Val A (I like to title mine "Initialize") = 0 > Set Alt Val A to 1
    Alt Val A = 1 > Set Active X Pos to X Left Frame + 960 > Set Active Y Pos to Y Top Frame + 540

But keep in mind you can just do it Alt Val A = 0 and it will still work. It's just something I do for various reasons.
The reason I initialize, is if for whatever reason I want to turn it off, all I have to do is flick a switch of the value. I hate flags.

This is always setting it in the center of the screen - IF your hotspot is dead center on the active.
