Fuse multiple .wav audio files into one file at runtime?

Is there a way to fuse a handful of .wav files into a new, single .wav file via event editor at runtime?

Do you mean putting them together in sequence, or recording them playing on top of one another? (I think the answer is 'no' either way, but just to clarify the request...)
