Hey guys,
I think everybody would agree that Steam is the most important gaming platform on PC, so, my question is if there's some plan to develop a STEAM Controller Extension?
Hey guys,

When it will be on the market MAYBE there will be a need for it. But probably it will be possible to replace it with Joystick/Mouse extensions.
The Steam Controller will be available November 2015. I's sure that will be very important to have a complete support to it!
The whole point of the Steam Controller is to be automatically with virtually every game on the market. Valve specially made it so that people can play any PC game they want in the living room, including those without native gamepad support (thereby increasing the likelihood that people will buy Steam Machines). It's designed to be able to simulate a mouse, keyboard or gamepad, as required.
Maybe the Steam Controller will have some extra secondary functions (in which case I agree that full support for it would be good), but at least for basic controls, it will almost certainly work for any game you throw at it, Fusion or not.
I feel like i should bump this thread and point out that steam controller is out. Maybe there is a way of doing it without extension but i don't think i have enough brains for that.
Wii1mii have you tried just running a game using the add a non-steam game shortcut? It can configure the controls for pretty much anygame. So with that being said, not sure if you need a plugin for this, I could be wrong.
If you want native support i think you still need extension.
