Can MMF send output signals via PS/2 or USB

I would like to use something such as a Pac Drive (https://www.ultimarc.com/pacdrive.html) to send signals to LEDs, Ticket dispensers, etc.

Would this be doable through MMF with or without any of the available extensions?

If there's a command line utility for communicating with the device over USB, then you could use the "execute external program" or the Terminal object (is that still around?) to run a script to send the signal - that's the most straightforward way I can think of for doing this without writing a specific extension for it.

There's also the Serial Object extension which might be able to communicate with the device.

Since it is a HID Device (except for LED Outputs which seems to need a driver), you can use my extension HID Device for CF2.5. It is also Open Source if you want to change something.

do you know of a guide that explains how one would go about using your extension to communicate with a HID device? I'm not sure what parameters to type into the example file.

    Thanks!

Serial Object (USB in CDC mode) or HID Device Object (best choice) + low cost microcontroller (and a current driver ), and you can build your own Pac Drive.
