Data\Runtime\C was not found (

Recently, I tried to export a demo of my game, but when I try and build an EXE, I get an error:

I replied on another post that had a smiliar issue, and someone told me to replace all the "Transition" transitions to something else like a "Fade" - I tried that and it didn't work.
I also sent it to my friend and he get's the same error when trying to build it. Then I got curious and thought what would happen if I just make a \c folder, but instead I get this error:

Can someone please help? This had been driving me crazy the past week and I have no clue how to fix it.

The decompiler you used to decompile FNAF is bugged, the MFA contains incorrect data and events. We won't help you doing something illegal, reverse engineering of users' applications is prohibited.

Well, crap... I replaced a crapton of textures in there in hopes of making a personal mod. Thanks anyways.
