Question How do i get the steamworks object to work?

I just downloaded the Steamworks extension and I was wondering why it wouldn't load my steam account stuff.

Works fine for me. What version of Fusion are you running? The latest Steamworks object is only compatible with Fusion 2.5, not Multimedia Fusion 2.

Please make sure that the Steam client is running before trying the examples.

Also I had some trouble before because I tried to manually install the object. If you unzip / extract it directly to the Clickteam Fusion 2.5 folder it might help you both.

So far all I've use it for it unlocking achievements and it works fine. It's actually got a ton of features, whoever made it is a genius.

change the steam app id to 480, and check "write steam id" under the object properties tab. Make sure you are also logged into steam when trying to test steam features.

I'm having the same issue running the examples. I extracted the zip in my MF2.5 folder and went to run the complete example. You can see that I'm logged into steam in behind the MMF app running.

Changing the App ID to 480 worked for me, I haven't been able to get it working for a long time.

Be sure that when you release your game on steam, you change the app id from 480 to match the app id given to you by valve for your game.

I've successfully integrated the Steamworks object into Fusion and have been able to program events to unlock my achievements, but when I test for "achievement is unlocked", nothing happens. Additionally, when I upload the game through Steam Command and view my game on the Steam browser, "achievements" text doesn't even display in my game's menu where it does in other games. I've defined my achievements on the Steamworks setup page as well. Any idea what I'm missing here?
