Question Help with glow effect for my game

so i was making a logo for my game in the paint.net program and then i saw a option of glow settings.
so i played with it a little bit and i got this:

    Logo.jpg

which i think is pretty nice, but my question is: Can i apply that glow effect to my game too? if yes how?

    thanks

Save the images as png and import the animations into fusion

Use the "Glow" effect, under the Properties toolbar. Click "Effects" and find it in the list. Make sure to leave some extra alpha space around your graphic. The glow affect cannot apply outside of the full image area, so it's a good idea not to crop it if you intend to use the glow.

Here is the big list of Looki's shaders. http://lukasmeller.com/mmf/shaders/

The outer glow might be under Looki.zip, or ShaderPack2.zip, but all of these are worth having.
