Rare screens like FNaF screens?

How would this be put in? I've been trying for awhile, but it never works

You could try this. "Start of Frame" set rare screen counter to "Random(50)" (Type the "Random(50)" part inside the counter window, you can also change the value of how random it is if you want.) And then if "End of Frame"? and the counter is set to whatever number, then change specific frame to Rare Screen. Apologies if i didn't explain to well, I just wanted to help out since i've made rare screens before.
