    Clickteam fusion apps are getting detected as virus

    Its retro,
    Clickteam fusion applications are getting detected, or getting security problems with windows it says its by an unknown publisher, How I try to type retroMetroCrackyStudioes in author,company but it still says unknown publisher.'
    Also Norton detectes all my clickteam apps as virus.

    It's Norton, it will always try to remove your .exe files.
    I recommend using a different antivirus software.

    As far as i know Windows SmartScreen decides if you're unknown or known by comparing your exe with a list of clean files often downloaded by other users so until you gain lots of downloads it's likely you'll classified as an unknown publisher. It also checks the URL against known malware URLs so that's not likely to be the culprit. You can purchase EV code signing certificates to avoid the long process of becoming a known publisher but it's expensive

    As far as AVs go, in this case Norton, it's most likely because of an overzealous heuristic scan engine. This is a common flaw in modern AVs trying to keep up with modern malware which easily evades the old signature database method. Report it to Norton as a false flag
