    Numerical edit box?

    Hey guys,

I'm working on my first android app using Fusion 2.5 right now and I'm trying for the life of me to figure out how to make an edit box that only allows numerical values. Basically I just want to be able to grab values from the edit box and store them. Is there any way to do that in Fusion 2.5?

On a similar note is there any way to make the background of a edit box completely transparent?

    Thank y'all in advance.

For the numerical edit box, you can use the Android Input Type object. It allows you to associate a numeric keyboard with an edit object.

EDIT: and to retrieve the content of the edit box as numerical value use the Val function: Val( Edittext$( "Edit Box" ) )

Were you able to get this to work. If so, could you please share HOW you associate the numeric keyboard with the edit object.
    Thanks,
