Errors with Xcode 7 Multitasking

Getting several errors with Xcode 7 now, and unable to submit to the store

Pretty sure it won't easily support the new ipad multitasking with multiple apps running at the same time, since it requires a specific mode to be the right or left part of the screen with another app running on the other side, should probably just disable it somehow?

For the future tho, it would be nice to be able to do this, and especially a combined landscape+portrait "any" mode, like on the Android runtime.

I am assuming that there is a setting to turn it off, but I was unable to find it so far.
The Multitasking for IOS 9 is not that great lol... maybe for the Maxi Ipad's ..

I am pretty sure that this is not the option for Xcode 7. this option is there since IOS 4, for Background apps.

its a bit frustrating, that i can't release updates for my application.

I use a vm with yosimite and Xcode 6, so i was able to submit apps for the time being

ok, a workaround - thanks to perry.
took some time to myself to create a virtual machine and install all required products and certificates etc.
but it works - but please - fix this, thanks.

Still no signal from Anders... cannot use Xcode 7 and El Captain for submitting Apps.

ok, this needs a high priority.... Apple Shutdown Submission for Xcode 6 and OS X 10.10
