2 problems - Desktop icon won't show / Active Direct Show Object plays twice

Active Direct Show plays sound twice

This one's pretty puzzling to me and I can't figure out what's wrong. When the user clicks on a button (Shown in first image) a sound should play once. The problem is that it plays twice.

I think i had a similar problem a while back

I believe i solved it using a flag

On mouse click
- if flag 0 is on

Play sound
set flag 0 to off
