    How i can Play MP4 Videos in windows app
    i do not want to use AVI it is vary big size and the active direct object is ancient

    Do you mean the Active Direct Show object? Well, I think that's what most people use for that sort of thing, actually (and I think it can be used for MP4 files, and, due to being made by Clickteam, is technically still supported by them should you encounter bugs, and as far as I know there aren't really very many/any good alternatives), though I personally don't really have videos in my games, so I don't know from experience if that's the best way to go...
