Tap and drag over function, please help

Hello,

I am making a game needs a tap and drag over function,
The case in the picture is to make 5 separate to 5X1.
It is a puzzle game, and the late game will be like 5X8 area which allow player
drag and move to different direction.

I think it is not only drag and drop, cos it needs to make some changes to all overlapped positions.

Any helps, posts, or tutorial? Many thanks!
