Webview object is not working on Android?

When i try to run the WebView object on android it's not working.
Gives me an error that it's not possible to open URL.
The webpage is not avalible net::ERR_CACHE_MISS

In Windows it's working good.

Do i missing something?

mm, depends the permission you have set in android?, internet at least, also what device you are using for testing.

I'm using LG G3 for testing but also tried on Samsung 3 mini.
Here is the example i'm using for test.
Permissions-network access,cache access.

INTERNET permission was missing...
