Both tables are equal now (under mouse control) but the flippers are unable to "hold" into position on either table unless I double tap first.
The "left" and "right" arrow (to scroll the screen left/right) are both equally responsive now.

On multi-touch everything (including the "exit" button) became extremely unresponsive and laggy once the screen moved but under mouse control both areas are equally responsive.

I think we can conclude from this that the multi-touch object doesn't work on windows tablets/phones but I'm going to test on more devices, as my brother has a touchscreen laptop with windows10
    (my tablet is win8)
oh I saw your code from Nov 18, and you are starting from a miss concept to say, you are saying that touch is zero when this is not true :

in pinball you can press at anytime the flippers so at any time a touch could be 0 or 1, that way is laggy so you have to stop all touch and retouch so the touch will be again zero.

see if you press you game as a single click (like in pc with the mouse) it work, and that is because is always a touch 0.

I'm not sure it's the multi touch though, I changed all the settings in mine to mouse clicks instead and still got the crazy results, perhaps something to do with the scrolling more than anything?
in your code you are mixing units and of course that is not correct

here you are substracting X which is in pixels minus a index

maybe you want to say X( "Scroll Drag" ) -XTouch( "Multiple Touch", LastTouch( "Multiple Touch" ) )

at least this will keep pixels with pixels.

If the touch is "not true" it would not function on any table.. it works perfectly until the screen scrolls (but this bug only happens on a windows touch device)

I'm not interested in fine-tuning the pinball controls yet - lets get rid of this scrolling bug first.
Do you have a windows touch device, Fernando? (tablet/phone?) If so do you understand what I am talking about here?

This is a HUUUGE BUG!!! basically wen you scroll, the multitouch coordinates do not scroll with the screen so your clicking goes of the side of the screen no matter if "Follow Frame" is on or off. so wen u hav an object on a screen after u've scrolled, the object is right in front off u, but its clicking area is back where u left it before u scrolled. This doesn't happen on the pc tho, just on the iPhone for me, so this proves it's a bug. The multi Touch object needs to hav the "Follow Frame" functionality built into it. Looks like clickteams brains scrolled of the screen when they converted this object

Thanks, Shin! Good to get some more feedback on this. So, it doesn't work on IOS either it seems? Maybe clickteam only allowed multi-touch to work on Android?
Hopefully they fix it soon as my project cant be completed due to this.

Did you guys figure this out? I must be doing something wrong as I'm still having this exact problem.
No way a huge bug like this would be around for this long.

On iOS, Android and Windows works just fine.

If you have the same problem and you find this thread, here's what I did:

So, the multiple touch does still work after scrolling, but "a touch on object" or "a touch on object is active" seems to be bugged.

Instead of using these check for coordinates. It's a bit of extra work but it works.
Use compare two general values and check your last touch X and Y!

For example, if your move trigger is 50px wide, check that x coordinate of your last touch is greater than x left frame + starting position of your trigger. Also add another condition where your last x touch is lower than x left frame, start position of your trigger + width of your trigger.
Do the same for Y coordinates.

This seems to work fine, at least on iPad mini 4!
