Scaling an Active Object with Easing Object?

    Hi!

I know it's possible to scale an object in the Event Editor, but I'd like to know if it's possible to scale it using the Easing Object, for some smooth scaling.

Also, is it possible to retrieve the current Active's width/height for comparison with another Active?

    Thanks!

P.s.: I wasn't paying attention when I posted this here :P. It should've gone to the CF2.5 support, but I think that's ok, since both have Easing object.

Yes it's possible, you'd have to use an expression of the Easing object. They return a value that you can use to move, scale or rotate an Active object for example. Check the example provided with the extension in \CF2.5\Examples\Easing\easing.mfa. The 2nd frame called "Buttons" is what you are looking for, comments are included.
Update your object with the Extension Manager if needed.

Thanks a LOT, Olivier! I'll dig this and study it!

Oh! There's another thing I just realized with the Easing object, but I'll put it in another thread, since it's kind of a bug. :/

    Thanks again!

    Cheers!

Hmmm...I'm trying to make the object scale to 1.25 its current size when the spacebar is pressed upon, should I use a fastloop/timed loop for that?
