    Export to PDF format.

    Hi!
    Is possible to export the screen to PDF format in fusion? Ex: Strings and images?

    Oooh, never thought of this! I'd be interested too. Currently dumping values to an ini and formatting by hand before sending a PDF.

    I know someone was making or requesting a extension to be made, i don't know if this was ever completed. I'd check the extension forum section just in case.

    I checked the extension forum but it appears that it was never made.

    You could do this by using the print obect, and then "print client zone" to print the application window. However you would need a 3rd party PDF printer installed (like cute pdf) to do this. Also I could only print with the print object when the pdf was set to default printer, so you might need to set that up in your app (ie a command line to make pdf the default printer).

    Or use the print object and sava as PDF.

    Was searching the boards for PDF to see if anything had changed. Appears not. Some years ago I had requested a comets PIC extension as the one available was very buggy. Stephen said he was working on updating it but that was back in 2005.

    Only option I can see is using a command line tool like Ghostscript. That can convert data (e.g. txt, RTF, etc).
