You aren't really being clear as to what you want or what you need help with, what is it you need exactly?

And typing the question like that...well...to me it clearly tells me you are simply not ready to make a project like that. Not trying to sound like a bastard but I suggest you try something easier first.

When making an RPG, work with tiles. When drawing something like a building, just draw a 2D building and place it where you like, it should look okay.

As already said, maybe you should try an easier game first. My first game I built in fusion was a pong clone, and then a simple platformer. Doing simple things first will help you get a feel for fusion, and you can become more confident in developing games, enabling you to move on to more complex projects such as an RPG.
