same error. :/
TextToSpeech.Dll refers to the following Dll's, which do not exist on my computer:
For this files the TextToSpeech.Dll probably searches in different directories than the files are stored on my computer:
This are the errors in Dependency Walker, when TextToSpeech.Dll is opened:
Error: Modules with different CPU types were found. (the module TEXTTOSPEECH.DLL is shown as X86, all other modules are red marked as x64.)
Warning: At least one delay-load dependency module was not found.
Warning: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in a delay-load dependent module.
Thanks to everyone for your help. I think I finally nailed the issue.
Please try the new version in the first post.
You don't have a bat file this time. All you need to do is copy the folder contents into the fusion 2.5 directory.
no problem with the missing library message...but, when i click on listen button, nothing happen...
mmf 2.5 dev
Same as copperbob when running the .mfa, also exe example still behaves the same as before.
It's possible the EXE example hasn't been compiled with the latest version of the object, since, while that returns an error like before, the MFA file example ALMOST works, like other people have said. It doesn't return the error, but it never seem to start listening after pressing the button (whether that's an issue with the object knowing that it's started listening or an issue with the action to start listening in the first place, or another issue entirely, is a bit hard to tell, though).
Don't give up, Stephen! You seem to be getting close to a working object, and since this could be an awesome object to have, I think it's worth the effort of finishing it.
Thanks guys, I will keep at it.
New version in the first post. You know the drill: copy the folder contents into your fusion directory.
