Question cant install to Network drive on windows 10

With install creator pro after I build the exe. When a user has windows 10 and runs the exe the step where the user can select the install location only shows local drives in the browser. No network drives show up. This appears to only be a problem in windows 10. For the purpose of this exe it is almost always installed to a network drive.

Will there be a fix for this or a way around this limitation?

    Thanks
    JD

Yves took a look at this and can't reproduce the problem on his Windows 10 computer and network.
Are you sure everything is right on the network side for you to access the resources?

    Jeff,
Sorry for some reason I didn't receive an email when you responded to this question, so I just saw your response today.

I don't think it is an access issue. In my office if I sign into a computer with windows 7 the network drives show up. if I log into a computer with windows 10 they do not show up. I have the same permissions on both computers (admin rights as well). We also had a consultant contact us with the same problem.

I did notice that on a windows 7 computer, if the account is not an admin account even if I right click and select run as administrator on the exe and enter the correct credentials the network drives would not show up either, when it should.
but the main issue is in windows 10 with an admin account when running the exe it will not show network drives.

What doesn't make sense to me is that the network drives show up on windows 7 but not windows 10. the user account has the same permissions and access on both machines.

Is there anything else that could be causing this??

    thanks
    JD

Yves didn't find any problems when he tried it so we might need some additional details on how to reproduce the problem.
