Silly Question about Window Color

So I bought one of these themes. Notice in the screenshots the WHOLE program is dark themed right? but when I select the theme my sidebar and window is still very bright. I looked up how to enable windows 10 hidden dark theme but that hasn't helped. Is there a simple way to make my fusion look like the screenshots?

As far as I know, there is no way to get the full thing to be dark... it looks like false advertising. I'd love for someone to tell me different though!

In win 7 you can change colors of various windows elements

(and get awful results like this one below:

in "themes" advanced properties

isn't it the same in win 10?

in Fusion you can play with
C:\Program Files (x86)\Clickteam Fusion Developer 2.5\Skins\[yourskin]\
images and info.ini file
to enable neat effects and things like checkmarks, hovered columns etc.
but not change the sidebar/window color I guess as it's a windows object

Wow, yeah I would call that false advertising. They shouldn't allow those screenshots, it's simply not what it does.
