    Acceleration, Decelarion and Linear

    Hi all
I wish I could figure this out myself since its probably very basic, but apparently I cant .. Not the simple way anyway.
Originally, I have an object with a decreasing Alterable Value (from 100 to 0), and I want to move this object between two distances (X1 and X2) based on the Alt.V. (so when the Alt.V. is on 100, position should equal X1 and when Alt.V. is on 0, it should equal X2). I came up with a possible formula for this, but it turns out what I found was a formula for acceleration. I would preffer either linear or deceleration speed.
Does anyone know this from their head??

    My formula for Acceleration:
    Set X position to: Start( "AccelerationObj" ) + ( Goal( "AccelerationObj" ) - Start( "AccelerationObj" ) ) / Moving( "AccelerationObj" )

    Example/Template:

I think you just need something like this?

    Goal( "LinearObj" ) - ( ( Goal( "LinearObj" ) - Start( "LinearObj" ) ) / MaxMoving( "LinearObj" ) ) * Moving( "LinearObj" )

This seems to work for linear, thanks a lot
