Exclamation [Issue, MFX Unicode, Installation] BrainControl Object extension doesn't work

    Hello,
Before I explain my issue, I have got permission from the original author (thank you mr. Damien!) to use it and everyone else can use the extension for non commercial and commercial uses, for free (it's open source).

I am a game design student and I am strongly interested in abstract way to design abstract games for my university projects, however...
I have an issue when installing a unicode extension of BrainControl Object - more preceisly, using it. It was originally designed for Multimedia Fusion 2.0 (possibly Developer version), but when I check its source code / GIT, it says it also works for Clickteam Fusion 2.5. I own developer version of CTF 2.5, however, after I installed the extension, I have got an error:

Name:	BrainControl1ERR.png
Views:	110
Size:	9.0 KB
ID:	19998

Similarly goes when I want to create a new object - BrainControl Object wasn't in the list.

I checked closely all files, if they were correctly copied and they were. Later I checked in extension manager and found it there, but that's all.

If anyone is interested - it is an extension for Mindwave Neurosky.

    BrainControl Object direct download: http://clicks-en-stock.concept-game....ontrolv1.0.zip
    Source code / GIT: https://github.com/ClicksEnStock/BrainControl
Demonstration video (for MMF2 Dev): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nfmDC7YgZkc

Any way to deal with the issue?

    I appreciate any help.

Try copying "Fusion\Extensions\thinkgear.dll" to "Fusion\", the root folder.

If that doesn't work, there may be Visual Studio runtime redist requirements.

You will probably need to include the thinkgear.dll file with any applications you're making, too, but use the one from "Fusion\Data\Runtime\Unicode" instead.

    Hello Phi,
it works! Thank you very, VERY much! I had indeed to copy thinkgear.dll file to the root folder of Fusion.

No problem. I had that issue myself. Don't forget to include the DLL with any programs you build!
