Thread: Playing a sound on every 10 from a counter??

1. ok,.I should have explained it better. This is what I have going on. At the end of a level I have a counter that adds up the score for that level using a value. If the player destroys,..say 957 items,.this is what the counter counts up to by 1 every 0.5 milliseconds. I'm subtracting one of the value and adding one to the counter value. When the value reaches 0, the counter stops counting. Value is > than 0,..add one to counter. Reply With Quote

2. That's what RhysD's suggestion does though Here's an example of what it might look like in the event editor:

4. Thank you very much. Worked perfect, Gradius, RhysD and Chrille. I just didn't know how to write the expression. Thanks all for chiming in.

So if the counter is equal to 10, then 10 divided by 10 is 1 with a remainder of 0. So the expression is true.

If the counter is 20, then 20 divided by 10 is 2 with a remainder of 0. So the expression is true.

If the counter however is 21, then 21 divided by 10 is 2 with a remainder of 1. So the expression wouldn't be true. Reply With Quote Posting Permissions
