    Organizing in folders is quite awkward currently
    but you have the "find object" option to quickly locate an object:
    ctrl + shift + F

    300 is gonna be hard to manage anyway

    As a general suggestion to avoid similar problems,
    try shrinking down your objects in "classes"
    and have their difference stated in a value, i.e. "type"
    so you can work with multiple instances instead of many different objects
    you'll have a wayyy more workable environment and cleaner code

    i.e.
    you can have your "enemy" class,
    a single object containing all your enemies animations
    and not enemy1, enemy2, enemy3 etc. objects

    in this way you can have loads of different types inside few objects,
    and they will react to the same code if you want to,
    otherwise you can code every different type just by scoping

    i.e.
    enemy_type="1"
    >>> do this

    but of course every solution is situation-specific, so you have to find the solution that fits you best
