    Looks like you need to open the Android SDK mananager and download the build tools and the API you want to use.

    Look in your start menu for Android SDK Tools then inside it the SDK manager link.

    Then get the SDK build tools

    That has just helped me tons, what do you do if you can't get the Android Studio Program to open? Is there any other way around to get to just the SDK manager?

    I have a program group titled -- Android SDK Tools
    Inside of that I have a direct link to SDK Manager

    I didn't install anything named Android Studio
