    Way to go Sparckman!!!

From the looks of it, for the Phone part, people can use part of the guide (or whole) from my Guide for Exporting HTML5 for Windows phone.
The project is the same, and then most likely the same process for auditing and submitting to the Windows Store.
But I need to check on that sometime. Maybe you can confirm.

idk, if this part is still needed to verify the App for submitting to the store?

    (from my guide)
The Windows App Certification Kit is needed for testing your application. (You can test html5 and EXE/Setup files with it)
