    Question [HELP]Undertale enemy dust/melt effect

No, it don't are a fade out effect.
In original game, have a monster is killed, the game creates a temporary data what includes for example:
    101
    010
    101
0 is white pixels and 1 is black pixels.
the white particles are 2x2 sprites fading into black.
the black particles don't move and are 2x2 sprites too.

This is a support forum, you don't need the [HELP] in your title.

No, you don't understand the question.
In original game, have a monster is killed, the game creates a temporary data what includes for example:
    square
    1111111
    1000001
    1000001
    1111111
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Nkd-hqUCdA this video maybe explain this...?
0 is white pixels and 1 is black pixels.
the white particles are 2x2 sprites fading into black.
the black particles are 2x2 sprites too.
I want to be like this:

I'm not sure if you can do that,if you want to use zeros and ones than try the binary object.Otherwise you might have to use death animations that you make in a animation/effect software like in adobe premiere or after effects. You would import your sprite and use the particle effect.
