yeah, something funky is going on with the sound, i posted a bug report about an issue where any paused sample unpauses wen u go out of the game & go back in. which has temporarily destroyed my game seeing as i hold the musics in a paused state most of the time, so i'm waiting for a fix before i'm able to release.

& also please let the ogg compression be in 287.1 coz i'm desperate for that one. thanx for all the updates guys. but i know ur all working flat out

I don't think it's the same issue, as it was a very temporary change that I sent to Outcast by mistake, it's all fixed now.

Your problem is different, Fernando is working on it afaik, hopefully his fix can be integrated in 287.0.

We'll try to do this for the build 287.1 or 287.2 (it's too late I think for 287.0). Maybe use a MP3 file for this sound in the meantime?
Yves I thought that this was going to be for the 287 as had said in the bugbox. Do I complicated much?

Koji, the work is done, but as you may understand it does require of a lot of test. after test and some fix (for sure) will post with the guarantee that will not fail in some devices.
    Regards,

Thanks Fernando and I hope to finish soon, this is very necessary in iOS, games that use the OGG format can weigh more than twice that of its Android counterpart.

Thank you very much for your effort!

Out of curiosity, will the ogg files be converted on export to MP3? Or will they play as ogg on iOS device? If they actually stay ogg then the loop playback gaps will finally be gone. 😀
