Can't make scrolling frame

Hi, I'm making a FNaF fangame, and I found all the tutorial not help me. It cannot scroll horizontally at all.
I attached the MFA, the scrolling part is located at "gameplay" frame. Hope you will help me. And I'm sorry for my English :P

I tried his method, still didn't work. I pasted his frame to my application, didn't work too. Can you check my MFA?

Sure upload it to a place like Dropbox or something.

The frames are the same size of the application window - 1280x720

You need the frames bigger then the application window if you want it to scroll around.
