Is there a way to know if someone's playing for the first time?

Hi there, is there a way to store a user preference that is saved even when the player closes the app?

For instance I want a tutorial to run through unless they have specified that they never want this tutorial run through to happen again if that makes sense?

You could save something to an INI file and then check it when the application loads.
