Apps Ported to HTML5 - Buttons Either Don't Work Or Take A Long Time To React

On apps ported to HTML5 and Run on a PC, on Android, and on Win 10 using a touchscreen, using the buttons has been a problem. They either don't respond at all or respond several seconds or more after they are "clicked." Is this a known problem and is there a workaround. Also, if the buttons are enabled or unenabled, the text does not show up.

    Here are a couple:

    http://www.darngoodsolutions.com/htm...dic/index.html
    www.darngoodsolutions.com/html/Rocket/index.html

Either the buttons don't work or don't work consistently and the text on the buttons is not visible. The non-visibility of text usually occurs when the buttons are enabled and unenabled when clicked.

What are you using for the buttons and the clicking detection?

Can you send me over the source of the first file in the list?
(I am gone next week but will look closer when I get back)

HTML 5 Test File For Buttons & Active System Object

    Jeff,
I created a html5 test app for buttons and active system objects. The app is at:

    www.darngoodsolutions.com/html5/index.html

    The file is attached.

The buttons work fine whether clicked with the mouse or on a touch screen. The active system boxes work fine as buttons when clicked with a mouse but not at all on a touch screen. And the system boxes don't work being enabled and disabled either with a mouse click or on a touch screen.

    Hope this helps.

    Steve
