Howdy! First post here, yay! So here is what I am having trouble with:
I want to get a string or int back from an intent. I have successfully triggered the phone app pre-populated with a number as displayed by the example in the 'android object' help. So I can see how I can use intents to trigger events in other apps, but to get data back seems like it isn't working.
What I have tried so far:
every 5.0s > (Android object) Intent(outgoing): Start intent "(WifiManager)context.getSystemService(Context.WIF I_SERVICE)" with URI ""
(Active) Set Alterable String A to IntentData$("Android object")
(String) Set alterable string to Alterable String A("Active")
Hacked out code from an android forum intended for java. I'm trying to apply it to ctf so I can make my awesome sauce wifi mapper.
So after frame start +5s, the string goes blank. My assumption is no data is returning.
Anywho, am I going about this wrong? Is there (as there usually is) some amazingly easy way to accomplish this that I am overlooking?
I'm super comfortable with form data tokenizing so a long string where the data is buried within would be fine.
Thanks in advance for any advice fellow clickers!
