What you will need to do:
    - Have a steam account and add the products to your account there
    - Order the Steam to Stand Alone conversion service in clickstore (NOT YET HOLD ON - we need to set this up)

Its not yet in Clickstore so don't do anything yet -- It will cost the same as converting from Stand Alone to Steam -- $9.99 per item converted.
http://clickstore.clickteam.com/steam_conversion now states "Pay the upgrade fee and submit your serial number and basic info to convert your stand alone Fusion 2.5 Key to the Steam Version or vice versa"

Yes emails might be slow -- I have a "few" in my inbox.
Joshtek posted the info above on converting.

First redeem the steam keys to your steam account
Then visit Clickstore and look at the conversion info

We are a small service staff so please bare with us -- We have a LOT going on right now with the Humble Bundle, Game Jam and Fusion 3 info dumps.
That in addition to the school year starting and a giant number of school users getting up and running with Fusion.

Its pretty nuts at the moment.

Hi Jeff, this is quite an unusual (but genuine) question - would it be possible to convert the Humble Bundle Steam version of Fusion 2.5 to the Japanese version? http://www.clickteam.jp

I'm not sure if the serial number is contained behind Humble Bundle's redeem button or if it's just some Steam number. I hope that conversion from Humble Bundle will be possible. I don't want to be stuck with Steam and to be forced to not run anything on PC #1 while PC #2 has Fusion running.

It may not be the full solution for what you're looking for, but you can run Fusion (Steam version) with Steam in offline mode, so you could run in that way on PC #2 while still running Steam in online mode on PC #1.

I just bough the Humble Bundle and the Conversion service and send the mail but i'm not sure about the process.

I've activated my Redeem Code in Steam (i don't understand why it was necessary)

I sent the Redeem Code, my Order ID and my real name by mail.

It is correct? How much time it takes to get the stand alone key?
I want to uninstall Steam asap as i really don't car of this Platform and installed it only for this...
